Then we walk you through what we found, what we'd use and why. During tear-off, if the decking underneath is soft or rotted, we show you before we replace it. After that we install new underlayment, flashing and the roofing system you chose, whether that's metal, composite shake or a flat roof section. We also handle new construction roof installation for new homes. You'll get clear updates from the first visit to the last nail, and we clean up the yard, driveway and walkways before we leave.
